We got a bit carried away here. We asked, how do you make something that's both light and fun but also deeply thoughtful and well-crafted? You look to the French, of course. With our Macaron kit, we dreamed of a product that had all the most beautiful parts of a Macaron from a Parisian bakery, mixed with simplicity and heartiness of a snack you could eat on the go. As a result, we have a product that retains all the core elements of a Macaron (the smooth squared top, the almond, the color and the balanced sweetness) distilled to a jar you could carry on the subway during rush hour.
